Receive requirements
You send drawings, specifications, part numbers, OEM references, quantities and your delivery destination. We review what has been provided and confirm any technical information still needed before sourcing begins.
Outcome: A clearly defined requirement to source against.
- STAGE 02
Research suppliers
We research suitable manufacturers and suppliers in China, including established suppliers and alternative manufacturers, and shortlist the ones that fit the requirement.
Outcome: A shortlist of supply options.
- STAGE 03
Review and quote
Technical drawings, specifications and available certificates may be reviewed during quotation. We compare the options and prepare a quotation. Where a cost-effective alternative to a branded product is possible, it is presented subject to technical suitability and any required approvals.
Outcome: A quotation with comparable options.
- STAGE 04 · CONDITIONAL · WHERE AGREED & REQUIRED
Verify after order
After order confirmation and payment, additional verification can be arranged where agreed and required: factory visits, sample evaluation or third-party inspection. These activities are generally considered after order confirmation and payment, carry additional cost, and are not included automatically in every order.
Outcome: Verification matched to what was agreed.

Export and logistics
We arrange export from China and, optionally, logistics, according to the delivery terms agreed with you.
Outcome: Shipment under the agreed delivery terms.

Are you limited to the categories shown on this site?
No. The categories are examples of what we source. If your equipment or part is not listed, send us your requirements and we will investigate sourcing options.
Can you source discontinued or hard-to-find spare parts?
We investigate sourcing for part numbers, OEM references, and discontinued or difficult-to-source components, and report back on what we find. We cannot guarantee availability.
Do you offer alternatives to branded products?
Where a cost-effective alternative may exist, we can investigate it. Alternatives require technical evaluation and customer approval where applicable, and any approvals your application requires still apply.
Do orders include factory visits or third-party inspection?
Not automatically. Drawings, specifications and available certificates may be reviewed during quotation. After order confirmation and payment, additional verification such as factory visits, samples or third-party inspection can be arranged where agreed and required.
Are you a manufacturer, and do you hold stock?
No to both. We are a sourcing company: we work with suitable manufacturers in China and primarily operate requirement by requirement, not from ready stock.
